One of my favorite things about summer is the abundance of fresh and delicious fruits! Just yesterday I had a juicy peach, a succulent plum, and a bowl full of sweet cherries. I've been spotting all sorts of delicious summer treat recipes that include fruit like this beautifully photographed coriander and raspberry ice cream from Cannelle et Vanille.
One of our early-arrival wedding gifts is an ice cream maker. The first time I had homemade ice cream I was absolutely blown away by the freshness and just how much cleaner and flavorful the ice cream tasted. I can't wait to try it out!
